·        Arena will be closed 45 minutes before the rodeo performance while the tractor operator is in the arena preparing the arena for the performance.  There are two (2) warm up arena’s provided at the south end behind the main arena, please use them.

·        Arena directors reserves the right to remove any unnecessary persons “in the arena”, “behind the rough stock chutes, and timed event areas”.

·        Only the contestant competing in his or her event will be allowed in the arena during the performances, officials and committee members only in the arena during the performances.

·        No contestant or family member will interfere with the preparation of the arena.

·        No contestant or family member will interfere with any committee member and may be subject to be removed from the fair grounds by fair security.
